evaluates candidates?
My MA research examined how AI generated interview assessments compare with human evaluations, and where patterns of bias emerge.

Psychology led me to questions about how we assess people. Studying AI ethics gave me a way to examine what changes when technology becomes part of that process.
Today, those questions inform my work in recruiting, alongside experience in digital accessibility and a lasting interest in philosophy.

Video games have always been a huge hobby of mine. I dipped my toes into the world of game development through helping develop HogPatch: The Game at PostHog during our last company-wide hackathon.
Working on that inspired me to explore making games on my own, too. I’ve made a little fishing game you can play right here on my website; check it out below.
