ABOUT / A LITTLE MORE ABOUT ME
01 / BACKGROUND
Psychology, philosophy,
and technology.
I studied psychology before completing an MA in Ethics of Artificial Intelligence at the University of Guelph. Across both degrees, my research focused on the use of AI in hiring and HR.
That background is part of how I approach recruiting today. I care about finding good ways to use technology while taking its effects on candidates seriously.
Along the way, I’ve worked in digital accessibility, taught university students, supported communications projects, and helped bring people together around ethical questions.
